Luigi arrows are the most perfect stealth weapon in existence because nobody pays attention to them. You can even get them by airport security.

If he actually hit, he'd be effective. There'd be stars and mushrooms and fire flower graphics all over the place, and the person would easily get 100% damage done to them.

Sadly, you have to charge the Weegee arrow before you can use it, and everyone can see it coming, so they dodge easily.
