This video is inaccurate.
No Pyro would be smart enough to help a fellow engineer like that. The Engi's lack of a hat would make him suspicious enough for the Pyro to spycheck him... constantly.... under heavy fire...

It would have to be something unique to Halolz and GHFFFC. With that said, it will be a day in the life of Shawn (The Engineer.); He spawns in. Starts spraying (Posting.) lawls for all to enjoy. The whole time Heavy is following him and going, "Pootis Forums here." Heavy because it's the burden of the forum and the weight of the guilt trip the forumites are putting upon him.

Shawn runs, tries to play, does everything he can, but no avail. Heavy always stops him with, "Pootis Forums here." Finally, Shawn puts up a Sentry and Dispenser to represent the Forum... Only to have it sapped by a Spy then backstabed while Heavy totally ignores his calls for help by reading the lawls.

Shawn spawns in. Repeat.

Nah, that's too hard on Shawn, and I doubt he'd put one up even if we did that.
I'm thinking a montage of several separate things:
Firstly, we start with an engy party, and a griefer comes in and kills everything. Then, we skip over to another map for Melee only shenanigans. Once again, a griefer comes in and starts killing things (same one, maybe?)

I'm thinking it would end with everybody switching to the opposite team of the griefer, and just killing him endlessly. The whole thing would end with the short poem:
Our team is RED,
Your team is BLU,
But if you're a griefer,
We'll ALL kill you.
