Artistic is a relatively new tag. I thought the sequel of this was out a while ago, as the comments in the first one talked about them relatively quickly.

That part made me lol. And that purple guy annoyed the hell outta me. But I think that was the point.

Link_09, I already stated who she is in a comment on that picture. She’s Rina-chan AKA KagomeHigurashi. She does voices mostly but sometimes does collabs with other authors using a script she wrote up.
