@B-Mac -- Again, that means he’s doing it wrong. Spawncamping is the general practice of camping near where things you want to have spawn. Camping the spawn points of things that kill you is a bad strategy. How is this not clear? The Pac is doing it (it being “Spawncamping”) wrong by doing it at all.

Jeez, what part of “You’re doing it wrong” don’t you understand? He’s camping on a spawn, which means he’s doing it right. If he was doing it wrong, he wouldn’t be camping in front of the ghost spawn. He’d be camping somewhere else. What he’s doing right now is a bad strategy and that does not mean he’s “doing it wrong”. If he was trying to survive, he’d be “doing it wrong”, but he spawn camping. In this picture he’s doing it right. What can’t you understand about that?

Yeah, I like the other captions provided by Random Man and Glitch. They seem more suited. As for the goal of dying, there is no goal of dying. That’s just what’s going to happen to Pacman if he tries to spawn camp. Though, I guess that is what Twentay means.
To weigh in on this rather petty and pedantic debate…
I believe spawncamping is carried out for the sole purpose of KILLING the people that come through the spawn spot. Therefore, the intention is that you have the capacity to kill those who spawn there -- which Pacman does not. Therefore, Pacman is doing spawncamping wrong, because he is spawncamping without the means of killing.
Actually, he is spawncamping with the means of killing, but he can’t kill the ghosts after they respawn. He is spawncamping correctly, it just doesn’t work very well in this game. That’s why people think he’s doing it wrong.
No, see, for him to have means to kill, he’d have to have one of the big circles. He doesn’t have one of the big circles, meaning he has no means to kill. Therefore, he is doing his spawncamping wrong, because he is doing it without means to kill. His mouth does not count in this instance, because it is not a means.
Why are we even arguing this?
He is spawncamping correctly, but he isn’t spawn killing. so “Spawnkilling, you are doing it wrong”
As you can tell by the picture, he did have a big circle. The problem is you can only kill each ghost once with it. Keeping that in mind, he is spawncamping correctly, but it doesn’t work in the ideal way for him. In his case, the only way for him to “spawnkill” is to run to a big circle and back to the spawn and kill 4 ghosts, then to another big circle, etc. But, that is impossible. Some of the ghosts can escape before Pacman can make it to the spawn again. So, all Pacman can do is spawncamp (and die shortly after), but not spawnkill.
I’m just bored, hahah. Thanks to Degillin for “spawnkilling”.
