Is it me, or have Pokemon been hitting the Protein and Rare Candies a bit too hard recently? And seriously with the point of bulking up Wobbuffet anyway… he’s just gonna use Counter and Mirror Coat!

Actually a pokemon with just rare candies will never compete with a pokemon of the same level when they naturally trained. Nor the protien or carbos since they take a while to work and is limited in how much they effect.
No, this Wobbuffet has been EV training exclusively against Machamps. That's why he is ripped.
Frankly, I don't know what I should be more frightened by, Untooned Wobbuffet or this.

The opponent would just break it's hand, foot, teeth, tail, tentacles, beak, head, claws, noodlly appendage, etc, on it's rock hard abs.
