I find your lack of observation disturbing.
While you are correct in saying that trying to camp the spawn point, one could argue that the first ghost is blue in the sense of being edible.
And despite my argument, the point remains that he's not Pac-man; he's Pumpk-man. Pumpk-man is pretty original and has earned my seal of screwness. Therefore, Pumpk-man can screw the rules and eat them whenever he feels like it.
That spider is next.
