So that means that this Ken is a cheap, predictable, annoying bastard?
In the next Street Fighter game, they will make the choices easier for the player by replacing every character with Ken, and binding all combos so they use either Shoryuken or Hadoken

It seems Ken has gotten stronger. Perhaps he has been taking advice from Ryu ?
