    Grammar? Spelling? Alphabet?
Only two letters I need to know are F and U.

  3. Wetmang on October 3rd, 2011 5:09 pm

  4. MasqueNoMercy on October 3rd, 2011 5:12 pm

Just so everyone knows, this is worth reading through… unlike most of the comments that will probably come later.

  5. Sr_Pantalones on October 3rd, 2011 5:13 pm

Now if only this would happen in the Halolz server in TF2. Then my life will be complete.

  6. Lordshadow on October 3rd, 2011 5:15 pm

Y U NO HELP ME THROUGH DUNGEON

  7. 400_Babies on October 3rd, 2011 5:18 pm

    Wild GRAMMAR TROLL appeared!
Wild GRAMMAR TROLL uses ANNOYINGLY PEDANTIC CORRECTION!
    400_BABIES is infuriated!
    400_BABIES uses MEMEBLAST!
Wild GRAMMAR TROLL is overloaded with memes and grammar mistakes!
    Wild GRAMMAR TROLL has fainted!

If you can't beat 'em, spam em. Unless it interferes with the clarity of the statement, grammar can be left as it is. People like the guy above, however, are not doing a "public service", or "educating the masses." They're just being pricks, and should forever rot in the 5th Circle of Internet Hell, where they will be forced to listen to Quarter-life: Halfway to Destruction on repeat forever.

I can't stop laughing, help me xD

  12. TheInsaneWombat on October 3rd, 2011 5:45 pm

And two more errors. That's -50 DKP.

Edit: Yeah, the joke is kind of obscure. I thought more Halolzians would get it though. :

  13. Sceptilianblade on October 3rd, 2011 5:48 pm

    Their weapons? Grammar Hammers.

  14. Nerfherding on October 3rd, 2011 5:52 pm

I have always wanted to do this kind of thing to somebody, but did not want to be a jerk. Though some of the times I doubt that the people on the receiving end would understand their mistakes. By the way, ":)" and ":(" are not words of the English language either.

    What If:
    -f u
-Well now we have at least three new errors here, no period to make this a sentence, and I thought we already touched on the fact that u isn't a word?

  17. Observer360 on October 3rd, 2011 6:02 pm

To be fair, "can" has a secondary model form that allows one to ask for permission rather than to display an ability.

  18. Scone527 on October 3rd, 2011 6:07 pm

(Troll + English Teacher) x WoW = Hilarious XD

  19. ProfessorLuigi on October 3rd, 2011 6:07 pm

He's a first rate superhero, he is!

  20. Hatley96 on October 3rd, 2011 6:15 pm

    Wow, what an asshole.

  21. Shady Kitsune on October 3rd, 2011 6:35 pm

He missed a comma before "please."

  22. ChemicalKirby on October 3rd, 2011 6:36 pm

Putting billions of F*cking hours into a soul sucking game does has it's advantages!

  23. Ovahdrive on October 3rd, 2011 6:42 pm

Speaking of "repeat forever" your final thought seems to be a run-on-sentence. You may want to consider revising to break it into two sentences.

  24. Platinum on October 3rd, 2011 7:04 pm

Did anyone else notice that the Grammar Troll used incorrect grammar himself/herself?
"Woo! We're making progress! There are still two errors though."
"Now, let's see that capital letter…"
There are a few more errors. These are just examples.

Also, he missed an error: "Will you run me through a dungeon, please?"
He needs to learn comma rules.

  25. NekoKnight on October 3rd, 2011 7:35 pm

This is the first and likely the last time I will ever applaud a grammar troll. Bravo?
I think it's funny how someone who so frequently takes shortcuts in our language would even have the patience to keep asking that guy for help.

  26. smashter on October 3rd, 2011 7:36 pm

I need to find this man and give him a hug. In fact, I would be willing to give him a "Grammar" award! Get it? It's like "Grammy," except it isn't? Eh? Eh?

I'll be in the back crying until I get a good one.

  27. Sid_Diddly on October 3rd, 2011 8:07 pm

That level of sarcasm. The point of instructing via PM. I think I know who the culprit is.

  28. Skrist on October 3rd, 2011 8:19 pm

Thus begins the grammar ages on Halolz. The day I have waited for far too long.
Another thought. Is it sad if I do this on occasions to people? No? Glad we had this talk.

  30. BTSnoogans on October 3rd, 2011 9:14 pm

Aww, Perolex. You had the perfect opportunity to correct him when he said "quesiton."

  31. Actuallyguy on October 3rd, 2011 9:42 pm

Actually…the word "Can" can be used to ask someone to do something for them. (New Oxford Dictionary)

  32. CakeBard on October 3rd, 2011 10:52 pm

You can't kill a grammar troll, but they do drop items… unfortunately all you ever get is a nice cup of RAGE!!!

  33. CriticalQuit on October 3rd, 2011 11:04 pm

Even at $15 a month, I remember WoW being quite populous with noobs…

    Still, was a great game.

  34. AuraBlaze on October 3rd, 2011 11:32 pm

I have a feeling that if I dare to swing the grammar hammer at anyone's comments in this post, I will just get beaten up by everyone else.

  35. TomQuoVadis on October 3rd, 2011 11:46 pm

    Also relevant.

  36. clfreak on October 4th, 2011 1:16 am

Did anyone else find it even more amusing that he used [whisper] every time?
I never knew a poster had that much patience, or was the troll using particularly shiny text?

  37. Acrazymonke on October 4th, 2011 2:34 am

This is why my friend always rolls trolls.

  38. Fluffy_Quack3r on October 4th, 2011 10:41 am

I love how after people have read this, people are now commenting with perfect grammar…

  39. sonicsmash2 on October 4th, 2011 10:43 am

  40. vash_ts on October 4th, 2011 12:17 pm

here we call them "hoygan" plural form "Hoygans" or "hoyganes"
derived from the spanish word "oigan" that could be translated as "hey you there, listen!"

  41. Drjolt on October 4th, 2011 3:31 pm

Bitch you want DUNGEONS? The dungeon finder is for finding godamn Steak N' Shakes.

  42. AManWithACloak on October 4th, 2011 4:54 pm

    6. PROFIT!

  43. sorin255 on October 8th, 2011 9:45 am

    Something I noticed, kinda unrelated;

When Shawn gets submissions from Memebase sites he keeps their watermarks in and doesn't even put in a Halolz one.

When I see things posted here first then re-posted onto Memebase a week or more later, they do their best to take the Halolz watermark out or cover it up.

I sense that someone is a douchebag here……… And it's defo not Shawn.

  44. cy85 on October 8th, 2011 6:36 pm

This is what's called "using your trolling powers for Good."
