“Hey Shawn, what’s with the League of Legends banners on the side of the site again?” Well it’s just my yearly reminder to you guys that League is an awesome FREE game that should probably be playing!
So why promote it a second time? Well to be honest, League has been my favorite PC game for the last year now. In fact, it’s probably been my most played video game over the last twelve months (with maybe Team Fortress 2 as a close second), and I think that it’s an addicting enough title that it’s worth mentioning again.
I won’t lie to you though, if you’ve never played a MOBA style game before, the learning curve can be a little steep. Fortunately I cut my teeth on the MOBA style shooter Monday Night Combat, which really broke me into the genre. But once you get into these types of games, they are fun and addicting!
So anyway, if you haven’t tried it you should check it out… and you can catch me online, my summoner name is Solirue!
Oh and while I was out at PAX, I was able to pick up a few special skin codes for the game, so I’ll be giving some away in the next week or so! Keep your eyes peeled!

I don't care. It looks more complex than Minesweeper, ergo, my laptop can't run it. I could upgrade, but the kitten souls aren't cheap to extract and apply.
I used to play Runescape back in the day when it was less complex than Minesweeper. Alas, as the updates progress, I am forced back into my sweeping hobbies. I find myself wanting to curl up next to a mine in the ground and wish desperately that that phrase could apply to Minecraft instead.
It would be wonderful if TF2 wasn't the only PvP game that I can actually stand. PvE and the computer is a dick? No problem. PvP and the other player is a dick? RAGERAGERAGERAGE.
Now if I could play the Pyro in other games, I might be more tolerant of PvP. Some people just want to set everyone on fire, or hose them down with bubbles depending on the depth of my hallucinations at the time.
Shawn what do you usually play? If you need a jungler, feel free to employ an Udyr/Lee Sin/Nunu. I would gladly work for those codes.

We were promised forums by Trunks if we voted for Love+ on Steam GL. Shawn told us we would get solid gold forums if his shirts were to become official. I wonder what kind of magical forums we get if we sign up for LoL.
