Yes yes because after donating thousands of rupees to something which you should've gotten for FREE since it was at the price of saving the WORLD ITSELF, why not top it off with the nice treatment.

Stupid Tingle is the real villain of all the Zelda games.

Not to mention this was after you stuck your neck for him and broke him out of jail. Meaning that he owes you yet he's still charging you way more than he should. Then you could consider the fact that he had ENSLAVED a random person who washed up on his island and forces him to work endlessly with his brothers. He also claims ownership of the tower on his island when it was actually the work of his younger brother.

Real villain indeed.

Remember the tunnel with the skulls in it, it had the camera in Wind Waker. Well supposedly only Link and Tingle had been there. The Links are on a boat with a serial killer.
