The best part of it was them saying they love penny arcade one minute then telling them to fuck off the next. That guy is CLASSY!
Plus if you looked at the Twitter of theirs, it's OceanMarketting, now with less grammatically correct punctuation.

And yes, all my internet-ing is done in a secluded room with guards and in an orange jumpsuit.

This is the very reason I avoided customer service, because I know I wouldn't be able to resist doing crap like this. I'm way too much of an asshole. So instead I drove a truck for 4 years. Double parked and blocked traffic as often as I could.

He got fired and was outed as a steroid abuser and an all-out bully with assault charges by someone who knew how to use Google and get actual results. I don't think he got off light, considering he begged Mike Krahulik to get people to stop.

That IS getting off lightly considering the stunts he pulled. Given that a fair number of the customers were probably disabled in some manner (the controller was designed with people who didn't have full use of their hands in mind), can you really forgive the guy?

One of my closest friends had malformed hands, seven fingers between the two hands. This brought him chronic pain and made PC gaming impossible and made console gaming difficult. If he had ordered one of those avenger controllers and had to put up with that shit, I would have personally crucified that PR guy Paul to a Mcdonald's sign with used hypodermic needles from the local slums.

It got worse (in some ways); a lot of anonymous usually (presumably at least) browse reddit to some degree of regularity....and he also pissed off reddit; his site not only plagiarized other website's articles...and his support wasn't just piss poor...
