It's all Robotnik's fault there he doesn't have as many rings. I mean, think about. There are rings lying around literally everywhere. If Sonic's the only one picking them up, then Robotnik shouldn't have any right to complain.

Wouldn't Shadow have at least 17% or so? He collected a fair amount of rings. Same with Amy and Silver, but they weren't smart with their rings and lost them from crappy control- i mean decision and now decide to blame the 99 % for their problems!
