Rasengan, spirit bomb, and hadoken all crashing into each other. Might have the equivalent force of 1/100 of two Falcon Punches colliding. Possible trouble on the horizon.

Don't. Just take it from me: Any time you use the words "Seize him" in order to aquire someone to perform perfectly acceptable but misunderstood experiments on, you're going to lose whoever you just commanded. If you're lucky, it will only be because they're hospitalized (especially if they're your second in command rather than a faceless mook), but you still have to deal with the insurance, and it's honestly too much of a hassle.
