I see two things wrong here.

1.A good pokemon trainer trains his pokemon not to have a conscience!
2. Pokemon are meant to live in pokeballs, not houses, you can't spoil them.

This trainer has much to learn...

Insomnia is a common symptom of lack of exercise. Seeing as Hypno looks like he's packing on the 'ol pounds, he should try hitting the gym. I mean, its not like he hasn't tried before, of course, but those musclemon are really intimidating and probably on steroids. There are other gyms, but they tend to have a bizarre fixture on certain kinds of elements, and the gangs of staring trainers are really creepy and always trying to tell your their life story before attacking you.

He supposes he could go jogging, but those damn trainer gangs are outside too, and the only places they don't occupy are filled with monsters that attack on sight...a pokemon can't even go swimming without a death match popping up. So he sits at his computer all day watching funny videos, gaining weight and losing sleep. He doesn't know what to do, and at his salary he can't get any home-fitness stuff. One day, though, things will change. He'll be super-high level and able to destroy anything that gets in his way. He'll be boss of that gym, showing those muscle heads mind over matter. At least, that's what he's been telling himself ever since his trainer got bored and put him in storage.
