When Captain Falcon transforms, he doesn't bother saying any useless phrases. He just yells Henshin PAWWWNNCHHHHH!! and everything in his path is destroyed.

the real reason Falcon punch is so slow is not that the move is actually slow, Falcon's just using the Slo-mo technique for power.
