I am seriously wondering how projectiles would work. Would they fly through like the rocket turrent? Would they then change teams, like airblast? If this is meant to be TF2 with Portals, would you be able to have sentries flying up and down through a portal like the turrets in portal?
In CTF, the Intel should be the Aperture Science Weighted Companion Cube.
