Medicman is defeated by EVERYTHING!
Sniperman is defeated by Spy Cloak
Spyman is defeated with Toasty Gun
Pyroman is defeated with Rawkit Lawncha
Soldierman is defeated by Sticky Mines
Demoman is defeated by spamming Sentry Gun
Engyman is defeated by Mini Gun.
Heavyman is defeated by Sniper Gun
But to beat Dr. Announcer, all you need to do is spam Rawkit Lawncha

I feel it should've gone more along the lines of:

Scout - Quick Man
Pyro - Fire Man
Sodlier - Crash Man
Demoman - Bomb Man
Heavy - Hard Man
Medic - Charge Man
Sniper - Search Man
Spy - Shadow Man

Engineer - Dr. Law Abiding

This...shouldn't be that hard to make. Scout's the logical choice for the 1st person, as he's got max manoeuvrability and the double jump, plus the weakest weapon. Unless it could be down Rockman Powered Up style in which after finishing the game you can play through again as one of the men (/woman, in case of Pyro)
