The cabnet, a chair, and the camera is on a trolley.
at 0:58-0:59 you can see a shadow of a person pushing it.

and he is actually doing it (at least mostly) in public, some of the people double backed when they saw the cabnet and a nerd rapping.

actually you can see the reflections on part of the cabinet. truthfully they could do that after the fact, but I don't think they would put that much effort into it. more likely they had him, and the cabinet on a large dolly of some sort.
