Yeah I don't understand "Refrance" other. It's like France but slightly not France. Like some kind of reverse France but still distinctly French.
I tell you what I do understand though is Delifrance. That place has some good food.

Perhaps it's France again? Say the French were unsatisfied with the state of their country so far and simply decided to start over. They destroyed all recorded history of their country, brainwashed all French citizens, and took down all of their structures, effectively starting over, the resulting country being: ReFrance.
