Hmm. Would this theoretical Soldier Update weapon constitute animal cruelty… or just regular cruelty?

Effects: Kills enemy by slowly eating their slesh, then organs, and then ripping out the brain, causing respawn to be three times as long, and the Eagle Has 9001 HP, and on occasions, it's able to do a Falcon Kick, obliterating all enemies on map with epicness

Penalty: No Crits

Sounds fair right? :D
