Not only was he stupid enough to tattoo the buttons incorrectly, but he is so dumb he needs the tattoo to remember him how to do a shoryuken.

maybe he is a tournament player and always picked ken but could never pull off the move so he though… what if i had a cheat sheet with all kens moves on it and how to pull them off… so he wrote the one move he needed to pull off and thought… if i tattoo this they cant take it away from me! what are they going to do make me wear long sleeves? and so the tattoo was made, and only after that did someone say… umm, its quarter circle… like a circle… what you have there is like a zig zag… no wonder you suck so much at street fighter… and then the guy took a picture of the tattoo and ran away laughing for he knew it would soon be on the internet
and so end my sto… i mean… that guys story… of how something happened that i totally made up and didnt involve me in any way what so ever

Now we just need cybernetic implants, so when we tattoo the RIGHT combo on our arms, so when we hit said tattoo, the characcter on the screen will ACTIVATE that combo.
