Not true at all.

If you click on the link provided in the youtube info (to 4chan) you will find that the poster links all the pages to the book. And then puts a link to the homestarrunner page.

So before you go and start accusing people of rip offs. Do some research (and seriously, this took me less than 2 minutes to find out).
