On most games consoles, there are games that fit into the "Fighting" genre, - commonly referred to as "Fighting Games" - which, as the name suggests, involve gamers participating in fights (trying to defeat opponents, usually through pressing certain button sequences and combinations to yield attacks of varying power), and 'Street Fighter' is one of those.
In the game 'Street Fighter', there is a particularly famous move where the character 'Ryu' (as seen above, the person on the left in the white outfit) fires a projectile energy attack while shouting "Hadouken". Ryu has another reasonably well-known attack wherein he surrounds his fist with energy to perform an uppercut, and as he does so shouts "Shoryuken!".
The joke being made in this submission is that "Hadouken!" sounds quite a lot like "Are you Ken?" and that "Shoryuken!" sounds like "Sure, you're Ken!", and both are phrases which could occur in every day situations, involving Ryu and Ken.
