Wilyforce: Through the Cut Men and the Bass
Really, you'd have to be almost completely tone deaf to think these songs are similar. It's somewhat similar up to the point that the lead in the Robo song and the sining starts. After that it's just awful and dissonant constantly. As for the mega man 2 video…that was even farther away. The kirby video though, that one is freaking hilarious and sounds good :)
