sigh… as i seat here with my sonic shirt, shoes and tie while playing Sonic & Knuckles on my Sega, I break down and cry every-time i look at this. Why Sonic, Why?!!

Seriously though, he becomes a WEREhog? Sega just keep making failing ideas ontop of failing ideas. They should stick to handheld (DS/PSP etc.) Since ALL sonic games on consoles suck. It’s like putting kirby on a console. Kirby is too simple to be put on a console.

considering that i’ve personally hated the turn the sonic games have taken recently with focusing on a bunch of emo-*** characters (oh, i’m lookin at you, shadow), i’m totally looking forward to this game.

I think he means 3D consoles. All the first Sonic games were console ones too. Except the gamegear ones, obviously X)
@ MrSunshine SNES is not really a console. I mean the modern consoles. SNES is a console which is equivalent to a GBA and less capable than a DS. Starting from N64/PSX era, sonic started to fail. They made a kirby game for then N64, which played like regular kirby. It was rated badly (6.x on gamespot). I tried the game. It was okay, it was just too simple to be an N64 game, just a GBA kirby with better graphics. I just think sonic shouldn’t be on a console if they can’t manage to make it right.

When I first heard that Sonic was going to turn into a were-hog, I was wondering: “Wait, so he’s going to grow a flat snout, say “oink”, raid people’s garbage, have a pink naked body, have hooves for hands, and have a curly-cue tail?”

I just don’t understand the need to turn him into a Were…thing. I mean, seriously, could another animal even get infected to turn all were-y?

I slightly disagree with those who said all the 3D Sonic games sucked.
Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2 for the Dreamcast were great.
Pretty much every 3D Sonic game from that point onward sucked.
