   actually in silver, gold and crystal he learned flail at level 20 or something above. the thing is that gyarados doesn’t so this pic actually makes sense. it just isn’t very funny. I could feel a smile coming, but it didn’t make it.

   People, people, PLEASE. Magicarp uses Splash, Tackle (like level 15) and Flail (level 21 or something). As such, it still works… I for one lawled. And gave it a 5/5, which it deserves for being so random. Who would have thought?

    I have always wondered why in the Super Smash Brother games the most useless pokemon was goldeen and not magikarp. hmm… but then again it would have been awesome in SSB Brawl that when Goldeen (should have been replaced with magikarp) flop into water and it would evolve into Gyrados and pwn everyone on stage. But the picture eh didn’t do it for me.

    magikarp can learn flail attack when it levels up to 30 if you don’t let it evolve. you guys are noobs.

    @GRiM You switch it out at the begining, then own, then get half exp. then you switch back to ‘Karp and repeat. EASY

    I lol’d at this. vtw, Magikarp can also use “flail” if it run of moves. Either that or “struggle” I can’t quite remember

    OKAY TO EVERYBODY WHO DOESN’T UNDERSTAND A JOKE

    Magicarp = An attempt to spell Magikarp, also referencing the term ‘magi’ (or magician).
    Flail = the weapon that the magi is carring, as well as a move that Magikarp can learn at level 30. (Since there’s some confusion, Magikarp was unable to learn Flail in the first generation.)

    As for me, I think it’s amusing.
