Objectophelia isn’t a real word. I’m not sure what the companion cube, but if it’s stone then the proper term is Lithophilia. Anyway, this is more of a fetish than paraphilia anyway.
I’m saying this because I took Latin and Abnormal Psychology in college, not because I think the author is trying to be serious.
Editing fail. English wasn’t my strong subject as you can tell by the redundant “anyway,” even if I do post above intarwebz average.

At first i missed my Companion cube but after seeing all the writings on the walls and the pictures i soon realized my companion cube was seeing other objects and test subjects…i cried a long time….
