Having a bunch of extra lives seems like it would be great, but it’s actually quite tedious!

Die and have to go through puberty again to save a princess eight times, only to recieve a kiss on the nose.¸
Totally worth it.
You gotta imagine it's a giant pain for Mario to go through all this shit to save a princess and all he get's in return is a kiss or a thank you.
You'd think after seven lifetimes he'd find one mushroom.
Art work is awesome, also peach better put out after all the crap Mario gets into.
I always sucked at super mario bros, always dying.
Now this makes me feel like an asshole.
If he gets to start all over again why doesn't he just prevent her kidnapping in the first place? FORESIGHT!!! (He doesn't have it).
After 7 lifetimes in adventuring, hopefully she will have been worth the wait.
It's an interesting way to look at things, kinda makes you want to suck less so Mario doesn't suffer as much…
Start playing Super Mario Bros.
Every time you die, you have to start playing the series over again.
-Yoshi's Island
-Donkey Kong
-The Super Mario arcade game
-Super Mario Bros.
-Super Mario World.
-Super Mario USA.
Continue until you have finished every mario game.
Post the results on the internet as a no-deaths run of every game.
At the end I was so expecting… SORRY MARIO YOUR PRINCESS IS IN ANOTHER CASTLE
We're sorry, but the your princess is in another castle.

I still think that your avatar is creepy as Hell.
I don't see the problem. When he gets to 99 lives in the normal version, he becomes hatless. See? Even Mario is sick of hats.
Oh, that's why that black screen is there.
Eh, life could be worse. He could be that green stache guy, who's name escapes me.
Wait a second. I was the first one to put that in the "Halolz should post this " Forum. No credit for me?
FOREVER ALONE.
Of course, this assumes that every life you get a little further. Mario probably would rage so hard if he died at an earlier point from a slip-up.
Heh heh, I knew that you would post this Shawn, it makes you feel something deep down, doesn't it?
BRB learning score from memory
Mario must have some horrible deja vu by now.
OH MARIO! I'M SO SORRY! I'LL PROMISE I'LL FINISH MY MARIO GAMES WITH JUST ONE LIFE!
About that, i need practice, right? That requires failing, oh, nevermind mario, keep being awesome.
Just one more thing… you're the clone #3562 right? Where did they made you? Kamino?
Classically, checkpoints in games are at the beginning of a level. More recently, checkpoints have been placed throughout levels, or even at the users leisure, whenever it was that they had last saved. This video proposes the hypothetical effect of moving the checkpoint way back to the birth of the character in question. How sadistic a game that actually would do that now, taking every Mario game and mashing them together like this. Would anybody have the patience?
Speaking of Mario related things, why hasn't: rel="nofollow"> been posted yet?
You know, i half-expected it to be toad there at the end, at which point Mario gives a big WTF, and jumps back into the lava to end his misery.
but maybe that joke has been beaten enough, and a happy ending to a mario video is somewhat refreshing for a change.
If anyone should be irritated it should be the stork.
"How many times do I have to carry the same damn baby?"
This may as well be the greatest day of my life. I got a new laptop today, I can finally play TF2 (add me on steam, guys!), AND I have a submission uploaded to Halolz! Can this day get any better?!
Taking this into account, exactly how many Mario games are there in which Mario has to do this?
I also notice nobody made a "Back to the Future" reference.
Mario could really use a Vita-Chamber.
That's always what i thought of "lives" in Mario games.
