I don’t want to say Nintendo is making their games too easy, but in this video by Tyndis, Luigi finally gets his shining moment by defeating three easy level AI opponents in Mario Party without the player even touching the controller (except to start the mini-games).

I'd see a problem with this if the three CPU's were all on hard level. There's a lot of games nowadays that are "easy" even on normal difficulty.
Winning for doing nothing? My kinda hero!
I used to play Mario Party games and yes there were some mini games that you could win with luck like this, but there is such a thing as too easy…..
Boy, if Luigi winning by doing nothing had translated over to all the other Nintendo games, he'd have been the hero for the last decade!
Luigi has been doing this since Mario Party 2 rel="nofollow"> , in Brawl rel="nofollow"> rel="nofollow">… , and even in Mario Party DS
Luigi is just a magnificent bastard.
And this is why Luigi is an Italian hero. He wins THROUGH his laziness, not in spite of it.
I wonder what'll happen to the Mario Party series now… because the company that made them for Nintendo (Hudson Soft for anyone interested) is no more. That also means maybe no more Bomberman. Sad day
I remember bringing my N64 yesterday with Mario Party 3 and Mario Kart to my dorm for my dorm mates to play. Now they hate each others guts and threaten to kill each other in their sleep, as well as despise the AI on how unfair it was in certain games somehow.
Please, whoever this guy is was winning before Mario Party 9 rel="nofollow">

Incredibly related
Also I can never remember how to embed images.
Is it just me or do the newer minigames from the newer Mario Parties seem…. Not as good as the first few games? I only ever played 1 through 4 though, so I dunno, really.
It's no surprise he won by doing nothing. The secret is in the character chosen.
The secret? Not even the player need pay attention to Luigi.
Jokes on you Mario. Luigi gets the coins this time.
That's not Luigi…
That's….
WEEGEE
So how is that different from any other time Luigi is in a game?
Yeah that's right. I did all the work.
It wass like Mario Party 2 all over again.
rel="nofollow">Was immediately reminded of this.
The future of gaming truly is here.

You Fools! you feigned ignored to him while he got more powerful with each passing day!
NOW HE WILL HAVE REVENGE!!!!
I for one, welcome our new green overlord, LUIGI!!!
It would seem that no one paying attention to Weegee worked out in his advantage.

Win-gee
Luigi: "Bullet Bills flying at me?
Spikes balls tumbling toward me?
Thwomp looming ominously overhead?
Oh, look here. It's all the fucks I don't give."
He must be playing on easy modo.

There's no other reason for Luigi to be able to pull that off unless: <a href="http://www.halolz.com/2012/02/28/luigi-never-wins/” target=”_blank”>http://www.halolz.com/2012/02/28/luigi-never-wins/
Who is this Luigi everyone is talking about? I didn't see him in the video, but maybe I was plainly not paying attention to him.
A curious game. The only winning move is not to play.
Mario Party 9: The only winning move is to not play
Please, they LET him win. He wouldn't stop crying in Mario Party 8.
Man, the easymode bots are actively HELPFUL to their opposition. At 6:00, Shyguy bravely shoved luigi out of the way of a crushy death.
It's because nobody pays attention to weegee.
They will never see him coming…
While we're on the topic of Mario Party 2…
has anyone ever bothered to set that Shy Guy free from the ice mountain?
It should be common sense never to let your guard down during battle until the end, no matter how small the threat.
Warning: Easy CPUs are suicidal.
Luigi is not.
In all honesty, it's a little unfair to include those luck-based games in this, since not doing anything has the same odds as any choice you could make.
The more action-oriented games though? Zen Master Luigi at work.
Mario and Luigi are one. and I love Mario games.

next is friendship, luigi!
