Seems legit.
I will pay $50 for this game now.
Shawn, is your plan to antagonize us by posting things from the forums every once in a while?
Okay, so I give up. Why would a generic FPS be rated E?
both.
The key to a 12 year old's heart is a man with a gun. And explosions. Wait, are we talking about 12 year-olds, or Michael Bay?

i liked Generic: FP4 better
Note the cleverly inserted BAZINGA that differentiates these posts.
He didn't, this one clearly has a 'BAZINGA!' whereas the other one didn't!
Rated "E" for Extraterrestrial.
THE NUMBER OF REPOSTS IS TOO DAMN HIGH
And yes, that is grammatically correct.
As it turns out, this game has a pretty unique twist to it:
You start out in WWII, when a Nazi scientist sends you into the future in order to save himself. You find yourself in a post-apocalyptic world infested with Nazi zombies, so you fight your way through them to get to the time machine. Once you get there, and the plot kills off your squadmate, you go back to the Middle East, modern day to find that same scientist and stop him from unleashing the zombie plague. You emerge victorious, but the time machine flings you into the past, the credits are a bonus level where you get to shoot at dinosaurs.
I collect pictures of soldiers walking towards the picture.
My collection has SKYROCKETED in the past few years! Keep it up, video game business!
Accident, my browser sometimes does that, sometimes it also just keeps the same comment in the comment box, i should probably delete it, but the comments will jsut stay, which will be really awkward. I just ask for no more -1's, I just got too 100 D:
Aside from the already noted Bazinga, the pic used has been resized in the other post. Don't know why he didn't just edit it though.
I still feel like a jackass. Here, I love this song, and it's relevant to the comment anyway: rel="nofollow">
Doom, And Doom II
Nuff' said.
I don't think this applies to TF Classic and TF2…
Pff, casuals.
If you need me I'll be over there playing my super special awesome copy of Adventure Game 3. Losers.
Gets angry at a company re-releasing the same game five times to make more money.
Buys the next Pokemon game.
As long as they both increase at an equal rate, we can have a nice graph!
Problem is, having enough memory for all the generic shooter files.
Maybe they'll all use the same engine, and we can just download 5 new 3D gun models for every game and a few loading screens. Imagine THE PERFECT GAME ENGINE. The graphics would be glorious, the loading screens would last .8 seconds, and everyone would get pie. (today is the 3rd month and 14th day, AKA 3.14 aka Pie)
Medal of Call of Battlefield Ex of War Seventy Eight?! I LOVE THAT GAME.
I hear they are adding 15 new assault rifles that do the same thing as the last 40 assault rifles! OMG, this game will be amazing!
I only buy FPS for the multi-player because I fully expect the single-player storyline to be straightforward, lackluster, and not worth what I paid for. I just like to shout obscenities at the little squeakers (pre-teen wannabes) online. Makes me feel like a man knowing I've hit puberty, I can stay up past 9:30 AND that I can drink. Ah, that self-gratifying feeling…now THAT is worth a $50 investment.
Also, it's the middle of March and we STILL have a Christmas background. WTF Shawn…just…WTF
I remember back when MW3 came out, a friend was watching a gameplay video. It took me until nearly halfway through the video to realize it wasn't a MW2 video.
On an unrelated note, here's some free advertisement.
Halolz: Where we are secretly locked in a never-ending best comment competition with one another, the return of our forums will rival the second coming of Jesus, and it's Christmas all year round.
heh
It's not enough to create the game but we must create the game within the game. Then when you've created enough games within games you'll find yourself with the ultimate realization that… You already lost.
"Comes With Bonus TF2 Hat!"
*everyone buys game*

I don't consider there to be much generic about Battlefield except the cover.
more like games are hard to make, why change the gameplay
here come the map packs!
Makes me glad to be a Tribes player.
