This cannot be red for several reasons
1.) he is NOT on a mountain, he's at a forest near the base of a mountain and even so he would be living on the highest peak
2.) His jacket his black, Red's jacket is red
3.) His shirt is red, Red has a black undershirt
4.) the front of Red's hat is white with a red bill, this hat is completely off
5.) Red has black hair, this trainer has brown

It works, but there's something you missed: Pokemon do not earn effort points if they do not earn experience points. Which means, you must finish your EV training BEFORE you level up to 100.
