Its probably fake, but very funny none the less. Done the same thing myself on all-talk DOD:S servers, only it usually involves a primed grenade.

with any game with guns theres always someone so dead set on sniping that they dont care to look around them… ever… for any reason

Don't you know, if the slasher is behind you, and you know they're behind you, and they're sending you hints that they're behind you, and they've backed you a cake with the words "I'm behind you" and set it in front of you, you don't turn around. They can't attack unless you look at them. You slowly move away, showing absolutly no signs of fear, and approach a group, as the slasher is shy and can only kill one or two at a time.
Someone did this to a friend of mine on Halo 2 playing SWAT, except he just spoke over the mike.

In this situation I think I would have typed either:
a) BOO! You repulsive bushman!
b) HAHAHA! You live in a van!
or c) Here's a touching story. Once upon a time you died, and I lived happily ever after. The end.
The 3rd one is actually a sniper line, but it is totally bad-ass.
This reminds me of a time my friend was playing Halo. He was running around Snowbound, when someone whispers in his headset, "I'm right behind you with a shotgun." He then proceeds to get shotgunned in the back.
I've never heard him shriek that loud…or ever for that matter.
What would've happened if he hadn't turned around? A stalemate comprised of no movement whatsoever?
