Pokemon has male and female versions
Tank = Pokemon
Therefore there is a female tank that gets it on with the male tank?
I wonder if having no lower jaw hinders or helps with 'spreading the infection'. I guess they could only french kiss...

Well, some Pokemon are male/female only (Nidoking/Nidoqueen for starters) so a Tank would probably be male only, the Witch female only, ect.

Then again... why are there no female special infected in the first place (Witch aside)?
